Fortune 500 international relocation program was spread out over 5 global regions and several different HR departments, involving over 60 countries. Corporate HR knew after years of acquisitions and mergers, it would be difficult to offer a seamless transition to a global platform. The advantages of a global platform would consolidate information, standardize processes, leverage global volume and reduce relocation costs.
TWW developed a central communication portal for all regions/offices around the globe to initiate international moves. Our design team took input from all regions & mapped a process flow from initiation through delivery. Implementation executed seamlessly overnight and has successfully managed the global platform to present. With our client’s global volume, TWW was able to negotiate global rates, analyze global data to continuously develop the international policy, and provide competitive, high-satisfaction relocations.
